This will include reviewing contracts, facilitating grant agreement processes and amendments, and ensuring all contractual milestones are regularly communicated to relevant project staff.• Ensure quality information management related to grants by overseeing the regular maintenance of reporting calendars and updating of internal CARE documentation and Grants Unit tools.• Coordinate review and approval of donor agreements and Care internal grants agreements.• Take the lead on coordinating internal and external reporting with programs and finance, ensuring high-quality, well-written and timely reports meeting donor and CARE requirements. Maintain close collaboration with all relevant departments at country and relevant CARE members in preparation of donor reports.• Review narrative report quality and support PMs in report writing as requested by DPI or relevant PMs.• Organize grants opening, progress review and close-out meetings.

Play a leading role in the enhancement of existing and development of new projects, by writing high quality implementable technical proposals and concept notes for the EU; Exp. France; SIDA; USAID…• Support the projects/program coordinators in writing technical and narrative reports.• Coordinate with project coordinators to increase quality implementation and programming in accordance with Donors’ conditions.• Lead the communication with potential donors, and establish/strengthen ties with new and strategic donors respectively.• Facilitate the development and pursuit of thematic and cross-cutting strategic priorities in line with the Annual Strategic Plan, including gender equality and inclusion, to guide current and future MS programming.• Carry out orientations and staff trainings for proposal development procedures, and donor requirements for Mouvement Social & Partners.• Analyze financial issues i.e. support the Finance Manager with the development and review of proposal budgets, verifying the budget is in line with the log-frame.• Ensuring proposal designs and their budgets include robust M&E plans that are aligned with the ASP and incorporate Common Approaches as relevant, and build in critical learning questions• Monitor and advance technical and operational quality of programmes, including conducting regular field visits to provide feedback on quality benchmarks, soliciting inputs for design of new programs and collecting ideas for innovation where suitable.• Create and design the tools needed for project monitoring and evaluation, such as log-frames, MoV, and assessments.• Provide capacity building to staff on M&E and reporting.• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on the achievements of results, through conducting Final evaluation, FGDs, Interviews and questionnaires.
