Provide outsourced managerial support in the areas of mail distribution, reproduction, messenger services, facsimile, conference room set-up, and office supply replenishment. Ensure maximum productivity, quality of service and profitability within the Support Services Center. Review, develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction levels exceed customer expectations. Oversee staff training and development, performance reviews and performance issue management. Coordinate with HR and functional area leads to communicate information and resolve problems related to payroll, benefits, staffing, training, and employee relations. Conduct weekly new employee orientation concerning functional area support to new hires. Monitor daily work flow, supply usage, and service logs. Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies with accounting department. Submit end of the month report for monthly billing and year –over-year volume measurements.
