Project success suspended a parallel effort to replace SharePoint with another tool and bolstered confidence to migrate to SP2013/2016.Migration errors occurred throughout the farm including 10 custom C# .Net ECM communication businesses objects and approximately 40 dependent ancillary SP presentation components and features. Configured an Internet facing deployment of Enterprise SharePoint Server 2013 as the Portal and document repository for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, leveraging the ASP.net sql membership provider for claims based authentication and CRUD operations. Additionally, leveraged SharePoint 2013 Business Connectivity Services with impersonation to allow SharePoint InfoPath Forms access to Microsoft CRM Business entities leveraging OOTB SharePoint 2013 support for external list.

Designed and Developed a SharePoint Program management application in support of the HHS / CMS Affordable Care Act Initiative. The SharePoint solution binds Level 3 CMMI 1.3 Dev and CMMI 1.3 Svc requirements to SharePoint templates providing project teams with Audit and Review Evidence in the form of project artifacts which targets each Process Area’s Generic and Specific Goals. As Sharepoint Architect I am currently responsible for the administration, information architecture, configuration and maintenance of three web farms, which in aggregate provide portal services for over 5000 Federal employees, contractors and third party vendors. Additionally, in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders I am the primary Microsoft Development resource for custom solutions. My role as Sharepoint developer includes full life cycle development, guiding non-technical stakeholders through the process of mapping business requirements to technical requirements resulting in the creation of custom sites, content types, and custom development. Lastly, over the past 4 months my central focus has been to implement the migration from MOSS2007 to Sharepoint 2010, and applying usable best practice for branding and customizing page templates within the new environment. I am wholly responsible for managing source code,, patching, troubleshooting and configuration of each server up to and including the provisioning of new active directory accounts, service packs and scheduled downtime maintenance.

Successfully launched the configuration, implementation and release of Windows Sharepoint Services v3 for the Foundation. The implementation architecture includes a single Sharepoint Application with a single sitecollection hosting dual zones accessible through an internal zone and an internet zone. The Internet Zone was configured to support forms based authentication using an ASP.net Role and Membership provider. The Site Collection contains 6 subsites representing distinct product lines the foundation offers. The Asp.net membership authentication process leverages a custom server control to validate Users and expose their respective secured content.The portal currently supports 6k distinct users consisting of parents, teachers, principals, district administrators and internal employees. Each external constituent gains access to their purchased product line through the portal landing page. The physical architecture includes a standalone 2008 SQL Server hosting the Sharepoint ContentDB and Configuration DB, this server also functions as the Sharepoint Indexer. Responsibilities || Accomplishements:Selected as a senior developer to participate in the conversion of the Medstar Health intranet portal from IBM Websphere to MOSS 2007. The intranet portal supports (25K users) and is the single source for mission critical clinical applications. The three member team was responsible for the design and development of all customizations including webparts, servercontrols, information architecture, custom branding , styles and document conversions. Other responsibilities included large farm management and daily monitoring. The duration of the project was approximately 18 months.Partnered with Finance Directors from each Medstar Hospital to obtain and clarify requirements. Produced += Refined the requirements documentation and produced the functional specifications. Designed the interface adhering to the Schaffer method of usabiliy and ultimately delivered the application on time. The application is a web based tool used by approximately 1K Medstar Employees to produce budgets for the respcective department || facility. The application was scheduled to be replaced in 2008, however the Finance directors preferred the application over several COTS products and this tool was used to produce the Fiscal 2010 budget for Medstar Health 25K employees.
