This is why my husband and I founded Translate By Humans in 2013 - to break down these barriers and allow for seamless, humane communication across all industries, regions, and languages.Throughout the years, we've worked with clients big and small, helping them to communicate and interact with their intended audiences successfully. For me, it's not about the language of the original content, but rather who the message is intended for and why it needs to be localized. Our team at Translate By Humans focuses on making content understandable for locals, while our clients focus on creating it.Our company has worked with over 10,000 clients, across 360 languages, 500 regions, and cultures, translating over ten billion words using over 100 tools/platforms. My prior experience working for international companies such as Deloitte, Infosys UK, Wolseley Europe, and Oracle India has given me the exposure and vision to effectively run our company and manage our team of 30+ employees.In addition to our work in localisation, I am committed to women's empowerment and building gender-balanced teams. I am proud that our current team is comprised of 75% women. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, photography, and traveling, and I also love to cook when I want to unwind.
