My responsibilities included:Provided strategic leadership and implemented business planning strategies to lead the Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship Department, through oversight of the day-to-day operations to ensure the success of key departmental initiatives. Cultivated and maintained strong strategic partnerships with corporations, community leaders, and other community stakeholders to increase ROI and provide a strong portfolio of programs.Developed, and executed fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation strategies, and event management initiatives and developed a relationship steward plan.
