Responsibilities:-1. **Installation Monitoring**: Overseeing the installation of GRC components to ensure they are executed according to specified standards and specifications.2. **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that the components are free from defects and meet quality requirements before and after installation.3. **Laboratory Communication**: Coordinating with the laboratory to ensure timely delivery of components to the site according to the established schedule.4. **Compliance Verification**: Reviewing installation processes to ensure adherence to the codes and technical standards applicable to each component.5. **Daily Reporting**: Preparing daily reports that outline work progress, installation quality, and any issues encountered.6. **Inventory Management**: Organizing and documenting the processes of inputting and outputting GRC components to ensure accurate tracking of inventory.7. **Problem Solving**: Addressing any issues that arise during the installation process and providing effective solutions.8. **Coordination with Other Teams**: Collaborating with architectural and construction teams to ensure work integration and achieve desired outcomes.

Implement education activities under the direction of the Education Project CoordinatorSupervise Education Assistants and provide support to them in line with program objectives.Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and paper Update and maintain effectivework plans.Provide support to NRC activities, schools, and incentive staff in line with NRC quality standards.Document technical issues and questions, and channel to the Education PCEnsure ongoing monitoring, tracking, and reporting of education projects.Regularly travel to the field to support the implementation of educational activities.Oversee distributions of teaching and learning materialsConduct school needs assessments and draft BoQs.

Ensure the timely and accurate uploading of all data collected by Education staff onto the database.Oversee the operation of the database and data collection software, and maintain updates andimprovements as required.Provide technical support to relevant project staff and beneficiaries on data collection and analysis.Produce detailed, relevant, and high-quality qualitative and quantitative reports for both internal andexternal distribution.Conduct spot checks and verify data against project activities and actual targets.Provide quality control and oversight of the data that is being collected, and identify and address errors incollection or input.Conduct regular training for Education staff to improve the quality of data collection and reporting.Support design of education assessments and surveys using data collection platforms (KOBO toolbox -Commcare and Mobenzi); clean and analyze data following assessment activities.Develop and adapt tools for registration and enrolment of beneficiaries.Any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.

Assist the Project Officer in the registration of beneficiaries; verification of needs based on home visits,post-distribution monitoring; and/or distribution of assistance in line with NRC policies and donorrequirements.Ensure that the most vulnerable beneficiaries are selected in line with the approved beneficiaryselection criteria.Verify and update the beneficiary registers and report back to the project officer.Facilitate the distribution of in‐kind assistance/supplies/cash to selected beneficiaries and monitorutilization of the items distributed.Follow up on all beneficiaries regularly to ensure that they implement activities in line with theschedules provided.Participate in the preparation of weekly and monthly plans and schedules to be submitted to theimmediate supervisor within given deadlines.Actively promote community participation in project activities with particular attention to genderrepresentation in all activities.Giving soft skills training to the beneficiaries.

In collaboration with the Shelter Officer Conduct door-to-door visits to potential beneficiary householdsites and correctly fill project-related technical forms and questionnaires.Preparing the assessment (SEVAT) and BoQ using the Kobo Tools Program.Explain the bill of quantities, the scope of work for the beneficiary, and the proper usage of thematerials.Prepare a list of beneficiaries and distribution plans in close coordination with the Shelter Officer andCamp Management Officer.Produce site-level Scope of Work under NRC Technical Minimum Standards.Respond to any project beneficiary information requests and complaints regarding technical aspects ofimplementation directed by the project coordinator and monitoring and evaluation unit).Participate in field-level coordination with community stakeholders in areas of project implementationas directed by the Shelter Officer (Technical).Conduct household-level Monitoring and evaluation activities specifically related to the technicalaspects of project implementation.Distribution of NFI, Hygiene kits, MPCA.
