• Perform regular inspections of the projects and facilities to identify needs and address them promptly.• Negotiate with vendors to obtain beneficial agreements.• Develop and carry out preventive maintenance programs to guarentee the consistent functionality andreliability of the facility systems.• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline workflows.• Oversee Costs, prepare financial reports, and control the budget overruns.• Ensure open communication with stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, contractors, and teammembers.• Track contractors performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.

Sports Boulevard Project & King Salman Park Project • Assists and supports contract administration, quality control and the development / improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.• Assists in the initiation of appropriate QA support, materials and processes for the construction team.• Assists with regular audits / surveillance to ensure compliance with procedures. • Assists core team (technical) staff with QA/QC inspection procedures in order to meet specifications and overall project quality requirements.• Assists in the review of all contractors quality /testing submissions.• Reviews QA/QC procedures monitors quality management plan implementation through quality control procedures and report findings to the client.• Manage, administer and maintain records of project wide quality systems implementation.• Report any quality issues that might have a counter effect on time or cost of the project on timely manner.• Assisting the PMC operations team with method statement, ITP and material reviews.• Providing written weekly quality reports to the quality manager and project manager.• Monitors the NCR/SOR systems.

• Review changes or deviations in road design scope, material quantities, budget or schedule, and assists particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and recommending budget adjustment.• Ensure the buildability of the proposed road design and suitability of materials.• Review road design and engineering studies prepared by local and international engineering firms.• Following-up of design activities and coordination of workloads for Road projects.• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
