-Serve as point of contact between designer and costume shop-Manage and keep track of a large budget project-Manage returns and orders from multiple credit cards-Take notes for designer during production meetings-Sit in on technical rehearsals to ensure actor/designer needs are being met-Organize the space so the designer has a comfortable place to work and perform fittings

-Create and implement a pre-show schedule for up to 30 actors a night-Help to manage guest relations during an interactive show, acting quickly and efficiently to make sure all guest needs were met while keeping actors safe and comfortable-Assist with the maintenance over 100 costume pieces - including latex monster costumes as well as wigs/headpieces -, keeping them clean and organized

-Run fittings for multiple performers at a time-Keep track of current inventory and what needed to be ordered-Keep track of and execute sewing and crafting notes on a variety of dance costumes-Travel onboard and ensure the successful execution of costumes for 6 different shows

-Assist with coordination and execution of costumes for companies such as Azamara Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Hershey Park, and SeaWorld San Diego-Manage and track large budget projects using multiple softwares, including Expensify and Concur-Schedule and take notes and minutes for meetings-Responsible for making inventory orders while keeping track of a large stock-Organize and maintain a professional calendar for both myself and the managing costume coordinator

-Learn all wardrobe tracks and execute them when necessary-Launder and repaint/repair clothing as needed-Perform quick changes efficiently-Learn wig track and execute it when necessary-Restyle and wash wigs when necessary-Quick remove and put wigs on actors-Ensure actor needs are met

-Execute sewing notes given by the shop supervisor and designer-Shop and do returns as needed-Craft, embellish, and dye clothing as needed
