For over 20 years, I've worked in IT across a variety of sectors, combining my hands-on technical skills with leadership roles, managing both people and projects from start to finish. My experience is broad, including leading teams, managing projects, designing solutions, and making sure IT operations meet organisational goals. I’m familiar with managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring that project plans and outcomes are clear and on track. My aim in any project is to support and enhance the organisation’s goals, delivering clear benefits and promoting sustainable growth.
