As an executive, I was the highest level engineer (E5 out of E5) and played three roles at BounceX: the individual contributor (IC) role, the team manager role, and the senior-manager role. Here's what I helped the company do in 1 year:Senior-level IC contributions:* Designed, Coded, and Launched the real-time User Graph; grew it from 0 to >200 Million user-base in less than a year** Peak user growth was >1M new users every day * Played the leadership role in inventing several breakthrough technologies in cookieless device & cross-device recognition (thanks to my expertise in online tracking & Identity)* Contributed to the Legal team by setting data policy language and helping with legal positions* Contributed to the Sales team by creating & iterating sales decks. Led sales calls with adtech CTOs. One of the first hires at the McKinskey Capability Center. Focused on Lean and Product Design. Helped lead the redesign of 150 products across 10 brands.

Climate Tech company (before it was called Climate Tech), founded while at University of Florida. Used it as a venture shell for several ventures in my early 20s.My company tried to construct two industrial plasma gasification plants valued at $264m and $480m. Collaborated with several engineering companies, U.S. congress, State Department, and one other country.Researched hydrogen technology to improve mileage on automobiles. Implemented the technology into a product and achieved sales in Florida and Texas.Several other entrepreneurial ventures were rolled under this corp.
