Al Saggese is from Long Island, New York, where he lived and grew up with his parents and his two brothers. For over 60 years, the Saggese Family enjoyed a storied and hugely successful track record in the construction and excavation fields; Al incorporated his own construction company in 1987. Al completed multimillion dollar state and county contracts in New York, including major projects with the New York Port Authority, the New York Department Of Transportation,and John F. Kennedy Airport. Al moved to Los Angeles, California in 1992, and worked with a nationwide construction company called Bovis, one of the world’s largest construction companies. Al was selected to undertake numerous construction projects in the greater Los Angeles area, which included major apartment complexes and the Sherman Oaks Galleria, one of the largest shopping malls in Southern California. Al collaborated with California property management behemoths R & B Commercial Management and Pinnacle Estate Properties to facilitate repairs of their properties after the Northridge earthquake. Even though he was extremely proficient in owning and managing his own company and countless employees, Al really just wanted more time for himself and withthose about whom he cared.After being introduced to ACN, Al began his ACN business on a part time basis while also maintaining his role in running his construction business. After a few years, Al earned the position of Regional Vice President and shortly thereafter was invited by the Owners of ACN to be part of theCircle of Champions. Al has been an integral part of ACN’s success both locally, in Greater LosAngeles, as well as globally, building a Team that exceeds 500,000 customer points. ACN has allowed him to live a life on his own terms without having to answer to a “boss” and has given him both time and money to enjoy his life.
