Responsibilities : ● Providing governance, support, and oversightfor over 40 projects.● ensuring seamless workflow management● Handling document controlling of the entire FMfiles.● Providing detailed updates to the Regional Directoror other stakeholders.● Maintaining a centralized repository whereproject are stored and made easily accessibleto project teams and stakeholders● Ensuring data quality of over 2500 staff● Identifying deviations and takingcountermeasures If monthly variables areabove budget
