Digital Marketing Lead At Zayed National Museum
CurrentAs of June 2023, I became the Digital Marketing Lead at Zayed National Museum. Ramping up to the museum openings my responsibilities included: - Ensure digital marketing activities are in line with the museum’s business plan. - Ensure that all project charters are complete and within timelines. - Ensure budgets fulfil the requirements of the planned digital media activities. - Lead on the development of the museum’s upcoming website and app.- Work closely with specialised teams on the development of the CRM. - Develop the social media strategy, and manage the appointed social media agency. - Campaign planning & tracking. - Tool onboarding & implementation. (Social Media Governance, Digital Listening)- Working closely with different departments such as procurement and finance to ensure RFPs are conducted as per policy and on time. - Research and benchmarking the digital-sphere.- Collaborate across Zayed National Museum and the Department of Culture and Tourism to ensure business requirements are aligned and met.
