Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, manage project resource allocation, and perform risk management.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals.Provide project evaluations and results throughout the project and escalate and resolve issues as needed ,Also to support multiple projects with medium to high complexity . consistent track record of on-time and on-quality delivery .Also I have 5 year as senior network engineer in telecom company also I have in background 6 years experience as instructor of network and Telecom and IT infrastructure field in popular universities.Execution of the portfolio management. Execution of the account management. Management of the relationship with the client. Support the development teams and their managers. Help the product owners to create and organize the product backlog. Development and support Schedule plan based on Program processes. Development and support Risk registry based on Program processes. Reporting to client's Chapter Leads. Providing weekly/bi-weekly/governance reports to main stakeholders.
