In my role as a Security Engineer at Skechers USA, I am involved in all aspects of Information Security. Current responsibilities and technologies include endpoint protection, email security, compliance and security awareness with a focus on Identity & Access Management.

I worked as a Security Generalist/Technical Project Manager for Optiv Security, Inc. on a Proof-of-Concept Cyber Security project for a major Southern California utility.

During my tenure at Psychemedics Corporation I created and was responsible for a full, enterprise-wide security program. My responsibilities as the company's Information Security Engineer included the planning, assessment, design, installation, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of security systems. I also developed all security policies and documentation in consultation with senior management. Beyond my primary security responsibilities I also served as network engineer with a similar portfolio of planning, design, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of corporate LANs and WANs. Other job responsibilities included the fulfillment of legal and professional IT compliance requirements (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, CAP), email system administration, storage network provisioning, system virtualization, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, and Microsoft Azure provisioning.
