Prospect is a registered investment advisor (RIA) providing clients both equity and fixed income portfolio management services. We are a fee only adviser and manage our client assets on the Charles Schwab Institutional platform. We build our client’s portfolio with an emphasis on domestic equities but have significant exposure to international equities as well. Fixed income assets are managed primarily by using ETF’s, but we also selectively utilize mutual and closed end funds. We are value oriented investors and belief that the price one pays for an investment makes a significant difference in long-term performance. In addition, we provide equity research services to the Wells Capital Value group in New York.

Ironbound Capital Management, Princeton, Nj

Founding member of an investment team that built a successful long/short global equity hedge fund. Individual investment recommendations generated over $210 million in absolute dollar gains from August 2004 to June 2008. These results were achieved both on the long and short side. Ironbound launched its fund on 8/1/04 with $350 million in assets. As of 06/30/08, the fund had grown to $900 million, principally through appreciation.

San Antonio, Texas

Portfolio manager for five equity mutual funds with total international assets of $960 million. Responsibilities included stock selection and investment strategy for all developed international markets as well as overall asset allocation for the global funds. Managed the international department which consisted of eight investment professionals, including two portfolio managers, and total assets of $1.25 billion. Developed a team and an investment approach that produced top decile and top quartile Lipper performance over the last one and three years, respectively. Starting as a co-portfolio manager in 1996, to my last position as Head of International Mutual Funds, the USAA International Fund outperformed its EAFE benchmark by 3.4% per annum. It was ranked four stars by Morningstar and was featured in Barron’s 06/10/02 issue.

Provided equity research and management services to support RIHT and Bank of Boston trust department and high net worth clientele. Research coverage included the chemical, building products, paper, auto, metals, railways, and media industries. In addition, managed the basic industry sector of a $100 million pooled fund outperforming the comparable S&P sector by 5.7% per annum over a four year period.
