May give input into developing the budget.• Makes recommendations analyze, report, and develop strategies to improve the productivity, quality, and efficient delivery of products and services.• Keep track of completion of various operations and tasks within the given time frame Achievements:• Succeed to manage represent Housing part in FIXED ASSETS PHYSICAL COUNTING PROJECT – RIYADH which was covering over 60% of total fixed assets of KFSHRC-R.• Prepare the Household furniture, appliances and kitchenware bill of quantities, initiated the Oracle requests, represented housing in the committee of purchasing the mentioned items, handled and coordinated with the chosen suppliers to urgently prepare North Compound Villas.• succeed to handle two new leased housing compounds (348 Units) in a timely manner by preparing, Furnishing and coordinating with the owners to bring it up to the hospital standards and requirements.• Implementing the Oracle Inventory System in coordination with HITA & SCM in Housing Stores which has provided detailed tracking of Materials operation, more efficient and effective control on hospital stock and non-stock items.• Initiate core solutions to some major customers complain such as flooring replacement long waiting list by having a contractor on a temporary basis. • Managed to improve various strategies of daily operations which guarantee highest efficiency of Man Power.• Handled, Supervised and coordinated the preparation of New Hospital Housing Compounds including Preparing the Requirements Lists (Furniture, Appliances, Maintenance) and preparing the BOQ’s, examined the Offers within the committees and supervised the implementing of the supply and installations.
