- Proficiency in using accounting software (Specialist – Stock control).- Great handling banks, suppliers and customers.- Preparation of trial balances , revenue reports ( analysis each project’s revenue with costs and reconcile with its invoices, follow up the all different kinds of taxes which add or deduct), preparing a tax form 41.- Revision of abstracts contracts , extract for contractors , statements of bank accounts and suppliers accounts .- Preparation of financial reports and costs reports for each period on a regular basis.- Preparation of financial reports such as budget analysis reports , analysis of General and administrative expenses, sales tax analysis, analysis of wages , analysis fixed assets reports .- Revision and Match all record keeping with books and make analysis of all accounts balance of trial balance .- Follow-up purchase orders with internal departments , suppliers , terms of payments made , dates of receipt the goods , receiving reports and the supplier accounts .- Follow-up bank guarantee letters of credit received from suppliers and follow up on renewal when necessary.- Review all contracts ( credit facilities , guarantee letters )with banks, follow-up consistently expenses for banks which are found in the bank statements and reconciled with the balance books .- Preparation of inventory reports with review all moves (in – out) every period, match all moves with books, analysis & preparing all the journal entries of these moves .- Ability of dealing with accounting & auditing firms and following and reviewing the accounting statements.
