About Mike Bell

I’m a people-focused product engineering leader with 8+ years of management experience. The majority of my career has been working on and leading teams of UX-focused engineers. I’ve delivered large-scale re-architectures that fundamentally changed how products were built and deployed, as well as innovative user-interfaces that have shifted the TV viewing experience. As a people leader, my focus is on empowering teams and individuals with the context necessary to independently make the bets decisions for themselves and the company. I’m a firm believer in the “highly aligned, loosely coupled” approach to teams. As an engineer, I love building experiences used by millions of people.
