Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure solutions leverage IBM’s market leading service management software to help clients optimize the value of business infrastructures and technology through improved visibility, control and automation across end-to-end operations. Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure solutions, including Tivoli Software, as well as SmartCloud, Maximo, Big Fix, Netcool, and TRIRIGA service management software, enable organizations of all sizes and industries to run smarter, more efficiently and with greater agility.• Responsible for all aspects of client relationship management including, but not limited to, developing new customer relationships, nurturing existing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and overall account strategies for IBM’s cloud computing, mobility, and network management solutions across multiple Federal Civilian Agencies (Dept of Justice, Dept of State, Dept of Treasury & Dept of Energy).• Work cohesively with channel partners to develop customer relationships and build lists of prospects for new business in federal agencies associated with banking, aviation, and education.• Leverage 17 years of experience as a systems engineer to occasionally function as a technical advisor to customers, while leveraging thorough knowledge of IBM’s cloud solutions and competitors’ offerings.• Collaborate with cross-brand teams to develop and close complex, leading edge, high-risk opportunities, plan and lead negotiations with all levels of customer/prospect management, including senior executive management.
