With over 20 years of design experience, I am passionate about solving real human challenges and creating practical solutions that improve people’s lives. I am a Lead UX Product/Service Designer at Zebra Technologies, a global leader in digital retail solutions. In this role, I apply my skills and knowledge in UX design, research, design thinking, human-centered service design, system design, workshop facilitation, and SaaS product development. I work with cross-functional product teams to design user-friendly software solutions, perform usability testing, and refine designs for development teams. I also play a key role in strategy development, streamlining our complex offerings to help customers navigate our services and features more efficiently while reducing maintenance costs. My primary focus is on developing communication and task management solutions for the retail industry, using Figma, Miro, Jira, and Creative Cloud as my main tools. I am also a volunteer alumni coach at IDEO U, where I received certifications in Leading for Creativity, Storytelling for Influence, and Human-centred Service Design. I enjoy helping other students learn and grow in these fields and sharing my insights and expertise. My goal is to bridge the gap between human-centered design and effective business strategies.
