I founded Exit Strategies Group in 2002 to provide quality merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory and business valuation services to lower-middle-market companies. Most of my sell-side clients are closely-held or family-owned companies with $5-100 million revenue. My primary focus is manufacturing, distribution, industrial automation and B2B service companies.
