Hi, Mark Alston here, Executive Director and Facilitator at Investigations Differently. Recognising the need to provide high-risk organisations with a better way to approach investigations and risk management, I assist my clients to understand their needs and develop training and organisational programs that are unique to them.I work with frontline leaders to support employees at all levels to drive continuous improvement. I'm always looking for new ideas to better manage risks, improve safety behaviours and outcomes.I have extensive experience in creating practicable health and safety solutions for a diverse range of organisations, both in Australia and overseas. I’ve worked with Urban Utilities, Powerlink, Department of Defence, Sims Metal, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Teys Australia, NSW Health, and Mitchell Services.My focus on these solutions combines a Safety II approach with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance (HOP).
