I had the privilege of coordinating QSTP’s first-ever internship program "QSTP Summer Internship Bootcamp". This pioneering version of the program was designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities. I was an intern responsible for the following:Program Development & Workshop Coordination: Designed and structured the workshop agenda for the first version of the QSTP Summer Workshop. I led the speaker selection process, crafted a marketing strategy, and managed logistics including venue setup, registration systems, and promotional materials. I also worked closely with QSTP marketing to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.Speaker & Trainee Management: Coordinated communication with a diverse group of speakers and trainees. Managed participant entry, registration, and workshop promotion, ensuring the smooth execution of sessions. This involved responding to queries and maintaining active communication throughout the program.Documentation & Reports: Collected and compiled critical data such as attendance records and timesheets, creating detailed reports on the program's performance. I also ensured the signing of agreements with interns and accurately tracked all necessary documents.Event & Ceremony Management: Organized the closing ceremony of the Summer Internship Bootcamp Program, overseeing agenda creation, certificate preparation, and the event itself. This included distributing certificates and managing event logistics.Strategic Planning for Future Cycles: Played a key role in shaping the second internship cycle by brainstorming new ideas, developing improved intern selection questions, and designing workflows.
