Farmer Angus is a chicken layer farm, producing free-range, organic eggs. I performed various tasks in all areas of the egg production process. I also worked under the supervision of a range of farm production managers in the following areas: 1) Egg Mobiles:• Chickens are kept on large open plains and eggs are laid, collected, and cleaned.2) Egg Room: • Eggs are graded, stored, and packaged.My responsibilities included: • Preparing chicken feed. • Feeding the chickens. • Maintaining egg mobiles. • Collecting, cleaning, grading, and packaging of eggs for storage and sale.
