Handling full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting. Which involves Sourcing, Screening,Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, Warm up/Follow up calls, Offer roll out and onboarding.• Sourcing from different job boards Like Monster , Naukri, Linkedin etc.• Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility),Behavioural fitment, Stability (Suitability), Bandwidth etc.• Doing pro active recruitment, pipelining candidates and maintaining database.• Ensuring that resume is properly updated with all the relevant details before presenting to Ops.• Utilizing innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.• Submitting the profile of the candidate to Manager for approval.• Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirementsin a timely manner (Ensuring TAT).• Conducts initial interviews by phone / In person to determine experience and skill level.• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.• Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates offered till join.• References to be taken and checked for every candidates.• Update the Resourcing Application Tracking System ( Job Diva).• Other responsibilities includes documentation, induction, employee engagement ,reporting etc.
