1. To lead the development of Plastic,Sheet metal & casting tooling projects to meet a wide range of product performance and cosmetic requirements of Kitchen & Domestic Appliances.2. To develop parts with different processes such as stamping, Injection molding & High Pressure Die casting.3. To lead suppliers to design and produce world-class Plastic ,Sheet metal & Casting Parts.4. To Perform Teardown & Benchmarking Analysis.5 .To Prepare Tool cost Estimation for Dies & Molds & Part cost for budgeting/benchmarking.6. To do Evaluation of manufacturing setup in terms of requirement of new manufacturing process & identification of gaps if any,7. To Manage Tool design, Tool development and Tool qualifications to support the development of new products.8. To collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Product design, Industrial design, and Manufacturing Engineering groups on material selection, design feasibility and aesthetics of parts & tooling designs.9. To contribute in Design Reviews of Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM/DFA)10.To ensure quality of the Tool developed will meet specified Tool life, consistent part quality & Production capacity etc.,11.To attend Tool Trials & give valuable inputs for improvement & troubleshooting if any.12.To participate in execution & provide Engineering solutions if in case of any failures.13.To provide Engineering support to manufacturing & Production Team.14.To finalize vendors considering QCDD

1.Design & Development of Progressive Dies,Press Tools,Injection Moulds,Insert Molding,Gauges & Fixtures of Precise Bearing components.2.Independently design & develop various Progressive Dies,Transfer dies,Compound dies,Molds & Proto Tools.3. Modeling & Drafting by using Creo & LogoPress 3 Die Design software4. Identify & develop new suppliers & outsource critical jobs based on Projects.5. Execution of Tools & Mould requirements & processing of Proto samples.6. Investigates and troubleshoots die related problems during manufacturing and trial-error process.7.Sole responsible for Inspecting & Validating toolings before trial.8.Independently assemble,inspect,validate & develop all kinds of toolings.
