Reporting to Project Manager.Evaluate & take appropriate prompt actions for the Quality, Health, Security and Safety & Welfare of all employees at the Projects.Ensure the successful completion of tasks identified in line with the drawings and specifications, construction programs, PQP and Project HSE Management Plan. Organize & manage all resources and project construction activities to achieve an efficient and effective completion of the project, within the agreed time. Co-ordination with all in-house/ external service providers & Sub-Contractors for smooth operation and effective planning and utilization of resources.Monitor requisitions for materials at site and ensure materials are not wasted.Conduct regular meetings with Engineers & Foreman to evaluate the progress, contractual & design issues.

Take appropriate steps to ensure Safety & discipline of works force at Site. Coordinate with Client/ Consultant representatives and take timely corrective action in all Project matters.Ensure that the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policies are effectively implemented in the project. Coordinate with subordinate staff and execute the works in accordance with the planned schedule and liaise for effective coordination & execution of site activities.

Work as a Site Engineer Section in charge of steel reinforcement, Form work and concrete. Ensure that the foreman, charge hand, workers, and sub-contractors understand their area of responsibilities and carry out their given tasks efficiently and diligently to achieve the progress of the Project. Preparation of Work Schedule & follow up the execution. Estimation of quantities based on Project drawings, Conduct Site Inspection, and work monitoring & monitor Surveying works. Evaluate sub-contractors' billings and change orders. Plan requirement of manpower, equipment and materials and monitor timely availability of the resources at site with the approval of the Project Manager to ensure the work progresses without hindrance
