-Preparation of Isometric drawings. As per piping layout.- preparing Bill of Material for Billing purpose.-Erection and commissioning of Equipments like pumps, Air Compressor, Boilers etc.- Hot water generation system. - Piping erection and fabrication for whole plant including utility piping Steam pipes, hot water and compressed Air system.- Preparation and submission of Quality report to client.- Manage and handle all site activities to achieve targets and to run site smoothly.

- Planning for the Material & Manpower Requirement based upon the completion of Milestones and activities.- Single point contact for Co-ordination with Consultant and Clients.- Reports periodically to Project Manager about Project progress Status and program schedule.- Prepare Billing related Documents and Co-ordinate with Sub-Contractors,Cleints and Project team for weekly meetings.- Ensure that the All Safety Rules, Guidelines are followed at Site. Analysed and evaluate processes and procedures, as well as cost controls to identify wast and eliminate excessive expenditures, resulting in drastically improved profitability.
