- Hiring for Junior to senior level Tech positions like- Backend, SDET, QA, frontend, Android, iOS Developers, Product Manager, Engineering Lead, EM, SEM, DOE.- Attracting new candidates via networking, internal candidate's profiles.- Profiles Screening, Initial telephonic Screening, Scheduling interviews, Coordinationand followup till Joining. -Account/Client handling & Guiding freshers.-Manage and maintain candidate's database after running a complete process of validation of their tech stack, knowledge, qualification and experience.-Coordinate with candidates for interviews and post-interview followups.-Follow up with the candidates to ensure acceptance of offers.-Job posting & Mass mailing through various sources (Paid & Unpaid sources).
