I handle inputing and verifying information for our invoices by selecting types of charges of the states and billing these charges. Additionally, at the end of the month, I am in charge of inputting the information onto client accounts of their complaint charges and billing these statements as well.

In my position, I have the responsibilities to record and save documents onto their company data base system, and create documents with the information given. This can include scanning incoming documents from clients and entering this information onto the company database system. I also help create documents for various departments, such as the mediation department because I help create cover letters to attach onto mediation packages for their clients. In addition, I also help send out documents by creating UPS labels online with client information saved onto the database system. In conclusion, I can help in various departments with different tasks, however I mostly record files and enter information to create documents.
