I honor that in each moment we have done and are continuing to do the best we can, nothing could have been different from how it was.I provide an eclectic and comprehensive therapeutic approach, combining humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic frameworks. Drawing from diverse theoretical orientations such as Freudian, Lacanian, and Ericksonian traditions, I integrate principles from Solutions-Focused, Attachment, Systems-Based, Trauma-Informed care and Somatic perspectives.I incorporate techniques from various modalities such as RRT, IFS, MBSR, MI, and harm reduction approaches, while exploring the intersections of nature, spirituality. With experience working with individuals, couples, and groups across all age groups, I am adept at tailoring therapy to meet diverse needs.I have experience in a variety of counseling settings including school-based family counseling, substance treatment, residential, and facilitating support groups, using recovery and harm-reduction strategies. I'm seeking a telehealth based position to continue in my mission to empower human potential. I strive to continually grow in competence and scope of practice, with ongoing interest in emerging techniques within the mental health field.
