The project has been generating profit since 2013.— Created an innovation to the SEO strategy in Russia, which led to 5X audience growth up to 1.2 million MAU (organic).— Conducted 10 problem interviews with clients, created 5 monetization models, then chose two of them and made multiple A/B tests — led to 2.5X revenue increase. — Negotiated the sale of the project two times with $3,000,000 valuation and did due diligence. Didn’t sell because of valuation expectation mismatch. — Coded backend and frontend via java, spring, postgresql, html, js, jquery and many other frameworks.
