Master Thesis Project : Evaluation of the remanent potential in onshore Sirte Basin, Libya.• Conducted 2G&R studies for evaluating the remaining exploration potential within Eastern Part of Sirte Basin.• Provided seismic interpretation support, describing the structural and stratigraphic framework and associated uncertainties/risks, including support to depth conversion for regional mapping and prospect generation.• Assessed petroleum system risk elements to each identified prospect through qualitative description.• Provided volumetric estimation of prospects by integrating relevant geological & petrophysical parameters.Tasks include :- Well post-mortem analysis- Petroleum System analysis- Seismic Well-Tie Calibration- 2D and 3D seismic interpretation on regional and prospect scale- Velocity model building- Prospect Evaluation (Volumetric and Risk Assesment)

Subject : Sequence stratigraphy, fracturation and diagenesis of Aptian carbonate platforms in Maestrat basin, Spain - analog to Shuaiba formation in Middle East• Conducted a study of potential outcrop analog in Maestrat Basin (Spain) focusing on Aptian (L.Cretaceous) carbonate platform as a part of reservoir development study of Al-Shaheen field (Shu’aiba formation - Qatar).• Performed field work for rock sampling, on-field structural and sedimentological observation to analyse the sedimentary architecture of carbonate platforms and building a sequence stratigraphy model. • Provided thin sections analysis and diagenesis of the carbonate rocks to define reservoir properties for building the reservoir dynamic model.

Subject : Study of carbonate sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy in the east of the Paris Basin with focus on Upper Oxfordian. Goals : - Analysis of the carbonate platforms located in 3 different quarries within Lorraine region in order to define its paleo-environments and its evolution during Upper Oxfordian- Proposed a schema of local sequential correlation between those quarries and interpretation of different delimitations in terms of sequence stratigraphy (Sequence boundaries, maximum flooding surface etc.)Tasks : Journals review, field observation, samples preparation, thin sections observation and interpretation, sequential stratigraphy and sequential correlation

Participation in ORAGE project (Observatoire Regional des Affleurements Géologiques - Regional Observatory of Geological Outcrop), which was dedicated to help the conservation of several documentations regarding the geological objects and outcrops found and located in Lorraine region. This project was also intended to help the research/development for future geological studies in Lorraine region.Works including :- Digitalization & archive of old documents and publications related to geological studies conducted in Lorraine region- Archiving the fossils found in Lorraine- Field work in several outcrops to retrieve basic geological informations and validate whether it is worth to be revisited/archived for future geological studies- Provided BRGM the informations regarding of these outcrops and intergrating these outcrops into BRGM geological interactive map
