Since 2006, I have defended businesses and professionals against a variety of contract and tort claims including commercial trucking/transportation, products liability, professional negligence, premises liability, industrial/catastrophic accidents, contractual obligations and insurance coverage. I've found professional joy in learning about my clients' businesses and helping them develop strategies to reduce litigation risk, particularly in the areas of motor carrier transportation, products liability and premises (apartment/retail) management. I'm also a cinephile and audiophile and love discussing movies, music and home theaters when I'm not otherwise laughing and enjoying life with my wife, Maggie, who is the funniest person I have ever met, and my son, Hank, who inspires me to stay young.
