Projects : LULU mall trivandrum (office building)LULU global mall Bangalore (97 TR)Rajareddy Epilson villa (74 HP)Reliance trends (56 TR)•Preparing shop drawings for Mechanical trades for Interior and Infrastructural works by analyzing all the material submittal data and site condition•Drafting of HVAC System and heat load calculation.•Direct and supervise a team of 10 workers on a day to day basis and complete 95 % daily work target.•Testing and commissioning of projects•Co-ordinations between Electrical, Mechanical, Structural &; Architectural works Prepare the MATERIAL TAKE-OFF (MTO) as per Design & Shop Drawing•Prepare the Bill Of Quantity (BOQ).Projects Handled:•Chilled water AHU installation, testing and commissioning, Chilled water pipe line with isolation valves, actuator, balancing Valve, temp gauge and pressure gauge.•Chilled water pipe line with isolation valves, actuator, balancing Valve, temp gauge and pressure gauge.•Vrf unit’s installation, testing and commissioning, Vrf units Design and selection of ODU.•Ductable Units- Installation, testing and commissioning.•Copper tubes with necessary insulation and leak test.•Preparation of site specific.•Drain pipe with insulation with U trap.•Ventilation- Exhaust unit installation, testing and commissioning.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES•Leading welding activities in the Production team.•Analyzing engineering designs for welding requirements.•Overseeing a team of welders, foremen, and supervisors.•Reviewing welding procedures, processes, and documentation.•Managing welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures.•Conducting pre and post welding visual inspection.•Maintaining and ensuring all welding equipment is in working order.•Conducting failure analyses and cause analyses on welding issues.•Ensure welders work within the set quality and deadline specifications.•Verify and control the fabrication Activities as per the ITP / Contract Specification / codes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (A-CAD, SOLIDWORKS)•Drafting structures like Gate, Grills, roof truss etc.•Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product•Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts•Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions•Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations•Designing and Drafting of various products as customer requires.•Drafting the required cutting shapes•Drafting various Machine parts•Estimating the total quantity of material required and calculating the cost
