Product Management – Club Elite Ivy (customer relationship program)• Single point coordinator for driving and monitoring Club Elite Ivy for top end retail customers – across 2500 branches pan India• Deliver product portfolio profitability and acquisition goals for the FY• Process redesign for bridging gaps and weaknesses in existing process• Design and implement constant customer engagements and product developments aimed at increasing customer share of wallet with ICICIChannel Management – North India Zone• P&L responsibility for driving product sales using various channels across ICICI North India zone• Support the sales team in terms of corrective strategy & timely analysis• Conduct regular training sessions for direct sales team on new products, to increase awareness of product features and benefits and feedback assessment mechanism for product enhancementCampaigns and contests• Campaign and contest design and planning with approval from senior management• Collaboration with various support teams (compliance, marketing, sales, mis) for effective implementation of the campaignsStrategy and Analytics• Preparation of annual operating plan for FY 2014, budget totaling Rs 3500 crs• Development of various new products with regional flavor based on regional needs• Introduction of Business Banking desks in current account centric branches Pan India• Implementation, alignment and training of new sales team structure – exclusive vertical for Current Accounts• Co-ordination with cross-functional product teams for improving cross sell ratio through campaigns directed towards targeted customer base• Portfolio analysis and customer feedback aimed at customer on-boarding, deepening and retention Vendor Management – ICICI Merchant Services (IMS)• Engage with IMS team to ensure portfolio profitability and target achievement• Co-ordinate with Finance team for timely payment of bills
