For royal facilities while managing the facilities with approximately 2,000 calls per year.• Design, install and maintain, CCTV with Access Control Systems for surveillance and access control purpose for large villas, Palaces, • Interact with client, Sub Contractors and Suppliers, understand their requirements and develop, submit and follow up the bids for the above mentioned systems.Human Resource Management:• Scout talented individuals, select and develop a team of electronics engineers, motivate them and achieve the business goals. Enhance their competencies and skills through field training. Major Achievement: • Managed about 50 projects with values ranging from AED 50,0000.00 to AED 5.5 Million in categories like IPTV System, Structured Cabling, CCTV, AV Systems etc. for the year 2013.• Managed over 2,000 calls for over 200 facilities at a total cost of AED 3.5 million for the year 2013.• Managed pay TV subscription worth of AED 2.5 million every year.• Managed about 800 etisalat and Du accounts worth AED350,000 every month.• Developed a specialised Project team and executed all systems through dedicated vendors.• Designed and coordinated the execution of IPTV, Recording Systems, BMS control centre providing data display of various BMS systems from over 25 facilities involving systems like Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens and Intellicon systems.• Reviewed specifications, information and prepared AV, LV requirements for all new projects.
