• Lead a team of project engineers and execute projects in accordance with Scope, Specification and requirement. Complete each project on or above project margin. • Responsible for submission of technical and commercial offers. Claim for any project variation as required. • Managing Techno commercial and contract management operations • Review client drawing, coordinate with CADD team for drawing preparation as per requirement, submit and obtaining approvals from client. • Procuring material as per requirement in cost effective manner, production follow up at every stage. Ensure bus bars are manufactured as per client requirement complying IEC/UL standards. • Adhere to ISO, H&S guidelines and company policy in the factory and at the site Invite clients and organize factory acceptance test (FAT). • Submit test reports, Obtaining dispatch clearance. Liaise with logistics for material exports to different locations as per client requirement. • Monitoring the projects performance on regular basis and reviewing estimated costs versus actual to improve operational metrics. • Attend client meeting and coordinates with all project related personnel, monitoring site activities and operations to ensure timely completion of the project • Obtain the payment certification/work completion/final taking over certificate from the client. Participating in the estimate review process before projects being quoted to ensure that special requirement / manpower estimates are correct and the work is achievable from techno commercial perspective. • Liaise with all stake holders and internal departments to ensure project deliverables are catered during the engineering, execution and close out of the project.
