The Early Outreach (REACH) Conference is a summer youth conference targeting middle school children in the London-Middlesex area, advocating for the pursuit of post-secondary education. Interviewed, hired, and trained a group of 50 student leaders (LDs) from Western University to run the summer conference. Acted as liaison between programming committee and LDs, and acted as primary support system for LDs throughout the program.

Developed the organization’s first ever summer program for children aged 4-12. Managed a group of 25 staff and volunteers for an 8 week summer camp, providing over 200 low SES children with an interactive and educational summer experience.
