Job Responsibility includes document review for all utility services such as Calculations, Schematics/D&ID, P&ID, AFD, Schematics, Isometrics, Ducting Layouts, Piping Layouts, Control philosophy, Material Requisitions, MAR, TBEs, etc., Co-ordinate with Consultant, Client, Other discipline leads & Sub-contractors, Vendors, Service Interfaces, 3D model review/ submission review workshops, Construction Site Support, FCN responses etc.,

Role: Sr. Design Coordinator - MEPProjects / Client: 132/11 KvA Substation (G+1) / D.P World – DEWA Description : This Substation is designed to be used as a standby Substation to Dubai DP World. Responsibilities are design evaluations, maintaining project schedule, contractor TQ’s resolution, review technical submittals, calculating contract variations, attending progressive and technical meetings, responsibility also includes to ensure the Sub Contractors installations meets the DEWA Contracts & Specification.

Role: Lead Design Engineer HVAC & Plumbing (Saudi Aramco Approved)Projects / Client: i) MASTER GAS SYSTEM EXPANSION (Phase I) / SAUDI ARAMCOii) MASTER GAS SYSTEM EXPANSION (Phase II) / SAUDI ARAMCO Description: It is a Booster Gas Compression Project, consisting of station 1, 3 & 5. 15 buildings comprising of Central Control Building, Substations, Process Interface Buildings, Maintenance Buildings, Security Support Buildings and Gate Houses. The total tonnage including both the plants have crossed 1200 Tonnage of Refrigeration. The buildings are designed with Chemical Filters for protecting the occupants and equipment from toxic and hydrocarbon gases. 7 Buildings were blast proof and protected with Blast dampers. The buildings are designed compatible with Saudi Aramco Specifications and ASHRAE standards.SCOPE : Preparation of Design Basis, Specifications, Air flow diagrams, control schematics, layouts, equipment sizing calculation, plumbing calculations, MR’s, TBE’s, Vendor document reviews, Inter Disciplinary checks, Vendor Drawings reviews, coordinated layout 3D review etc. were prepared in these projects.

The villas are served by independent DX system with FCU’s and fresh air handling unit with recovery wheelRESPONSIBILITIES• Planning activities within discipline, Document register preparation and planning delivery dates, providing technical coordination, inter-discipline coordination, progress reporting to projects, manpower planning.• Successfully manage around 100+ employees, Construction team at site & Design team at office as well. • Check MEP shop drawings / MEP Coordination drawings and give necessary comments to get approvals. • Coordinating the MEP shop drawing with other service layouts such as workshop equipment, lab & kitchen machineries etc.• Inspect and coordinate with construction team to identify deficiencies, recommend changes, and ascertain compliance with plans and specifications, and pass on lessons learnt to other project teams in terms of installation.• Maintain technical liaison and communication between on-site construction teams.• Erection of all types of HVAC equipment’s MCC Panels, DDC Panels,Pumps etc. as per Method statement & Approved Mock-ups.• To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed according with the contract requirements and project specifications.• Update Site progress & highlight issues in the Construction meetings.• Marking As-Built and Guide Drafting team to make As-Built Drawings• Taking care of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities.
