Proficiency in a wide spectrum of Strategic Management responsibilities including group operational roles in the Hospitality Industry are my core areas of expertise. My experience of 30 years covers a range of primary and strategic functions within the hospitality industry. This includes specialized experience in Food & Beverage Management, Executive Management in the capacity of General Manager role as well Cluster Management roles in the capacity of CEO and Director Operations. I have also had experience in the conceptualization, development and the global marketing of a hospitality Branding process that included the creation of a new brand identity. My skills also include Group Sales and Marketing of a portfolio that encompasses a diverse assortment of products in a globally competitive market. Overseas exposure of more than 15 years in Asia and the Middle East added a cross cultural element to my experience. I gained versatility by handling multiple areas of hospitality operations ranging from food & beverage, sales & marketing, operations and owner’s representative. Being involved in many international locations throughout my career augmented my skills in dealing with Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues from diverse nationalities.I believe my core expertise and experience align well with my key strengths being; strong work ethic, disciplined problem-solving approach, result orientation, attention to detail and management by fact.
