The start-up came into existence in 2015, from the passion for writing in Marathi. InMarathi.com was (was! ouch!) an online media venture focusing on publishing global infotainment articles for Marathi regional readers. The aftermath of Covid-19 and some other 'social media challenges' made us close the operations in 2022. Still licking the wounds, albeit, with pride.Prior to the launch of InMarathi.com, worked with worked with Aza Fashions - the designer store. Planned and executed 360 degree digital marketing for the eCommerce portal of Aza. Working closely with the founder Devangi Nishar, learned how the fashion world works. It was an alibaba-cave opened up to a middle-class town boy!Worked with the Acquisition Team of Play Games24x7. Handled Digital Marketing Operations for search, display campaigns. Major role was to coordinate with different vendors and achieve optimum cost-effective campaign performances. (Never would you know the how crazy are numbers in the rummy playing field.)Before working with Play Games24x7, worked in Central Marketing Team of eClerx. The job role at eClerx actually shaped my entire career. Assigned to take care of Email Marketing, Website Support and Collateral Standardisation, I closely worked with the sales teams across regions. That's when I came to know the Digital Marketing world and that's how it all began...!
