I am responsible for producing research and scholarship and managing the academic and scholastic output of the university via research, publications, presentations, conference attendance/participation, webinars, and podcasts. My efforts focus on supporting and promoting the university's thought leadership and innovation in sourcing presenters and authors for professional associations, conferences, and journals. My quantitative research and engagement with the university's Academic Data Analytics & Analytics committee on equity research are at the forefront of my scholarship.

I monitor the northeast region of the US regarding legislative and regulatory changes that could potentially impact university operations. In particular, I serve as the point person on our team for legislative and regulatory changes regarding the health professions field. Furthermore, I am responsible for creating a myriad of statistical analyses and reports in both quantitative and qualitative forms to internal and external stakeholders. External stakeholder data documents include (but are not limited to) state authorization applications, program approval, and addresses to regulatory bodies. Additionally, I serve as a Title IX/VAWA investigator. Lastly, I serve on two university committees-- Organizational Excellence and Academic Data & Analytics Committee (ADAC).

Graduate School

-Responsible for recruitment and programs for all Master's degree programs at the university. The role includes programming for outreach, enrollment, retention, diversity, professional training, marketing, and innovative curriculum. The role further requires management of support staff (hiring, evaluating, providing training, making work assignments, and overseeing workflow to improve operational efficiency).

- Directs Future Nursing Professionals Program- Advises pre-nursing - 3rd year nursing students in matriculating to graduation- Manages the grant and funding sources for the program- Secures resources (money, mentors, guest speakers, workshops, and tutors) in the aid of graduation rates
