Translate all official correspondence about project progress/technical specifications (incoming Ar>En, outgoing En>Arabic) letters for MENA (UAE, Iraq, Oman, KSA, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt), all CH2M branches/BGs/acquired companies (Halcrow & Veco, and joint ventures e.g CH2M Olayan) and Q22 Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (PMC), in addition to any other ad-hoc (E-mail and/or walk-in translation requests) as colleagues from different BGs may require from time to time. Translate/localize content of mosaic-like domains (e.g. technical, legal and even sometimes historical). Translate MoMs, presentations, surveys etc. for our clients' stakeholders (AD UPC/Municipality/DoT, Al Ain Municipality, Sharjah DPW and Municipality, Dubai Municipality, RTA, and UAE federal MoPW). Test and select external translators (vendors/freelancers) for tight-schedule-yet-high-volume word count translations. Develop GCC localized terminology and glossaries for internal & external use, QA/review external translators' work as per client's guidelines and established directions. Return QAed materials to translators for improvement in future translation in accordance with communicated guidelines. Train colleagues on using CAT tools and content localization tools. Assist BGs secretaries and administrative assistants in printing Arabic content. Support Inside Sales colleagues in Arabic materials collected for proposals.
