Once an inspiring single mother, Altregia Jordan turned into a loving wife, family woman, and fearless entrepreneur. Altregia knew that if she wrote her vision, claimed it and acted on it, things would turn around for her family. She knew she was 'Created to Shine!'Things surely did turn around for Jordan who, in 1994, opened the first black-owned nail salon in Newnan, Georgia. A thriving salon, Elegance Nails was more than a place where ladies could pamper themselves. Here, they were also able to indulge in warm conversations with Jordan. Discovering her joy in uplifting others, she began her public speaking career.After successfully operating her salon for 15 years, Jordan leveraged her experience and knowledge into a dynamic platform as an international motivational speaker and life coach. Jordan is making waves on the speaker’s circuit as the 2018 Division Champion in a Northern Virginia Toastmasters International Speech Contest. Jordan’s sweet spot is making a positive impact on the lives of women across the country through inspiring, coaching, educating and motivating them to celebrate themselves for the beautiful diamonds that they are.
