Bill Morley is the founder of Altrius Group, LLC, a bipartisan global consulting and advocacy group based in Washington, DC. Altrius Group represents a broad array of Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations from all over the world. Altrius Group provides decades of experienced leadership and a proven track record of success helping clients with effective strategies, strong messaging and powerful advocacy. He came to MWW from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he served for nearly 8 years as Vice President for Congressional Affairs. As chief trade lobbyist for the Chamber, he developed and helped implement strategies for passing Trade Promotion Authority and Free Trade Agreements with Chile, Singapore, Australia and CAFTA. He conducted pro-trade ambassador tours across the U.S. with ambassadors from 8 foreign countries, speaking with editorial boards and training trade advocates at state and local chambers of commerce.
