Partnered and operated Buca Psikoteknik, a small-scale business providing crucial psychotechnical tests to commercial vehicle drivers, contributing to road safety. Operating the business allowed me to develop and apply entrepreneurial skills, such as identifying opportunities, managing risks, and making strategic decisions for growth.
