Commercial Excellence Business Partner for Hospitals & Biosimilars in Spain

- Creation of financial reports such as P&L, Cashflow. Gross-to-Net, FTE & Personnel Cost, Total Function Costs, Write-Offs, etc.- Development of desktop and mobile analytics using Qlik Sense, coordinating a team of 8 consultants.- Work in Agile methodology with sprints of 3 weeks, handling the roadmap using Confluence and prioritizing the backlog using Jira.- Focus in style and creation of user-friendly reports, providing end-user training and driving adoption.

- Reporting: Successful migration of Excel dashboards into a new tool (Qlik Sense) to track customers’ data, KPIs, budget and business cases.- Pricing: Increased sales starting a process of yield management to adapt the pricing model and discounts.- Competitor’s analysis: Signed new customers proving them product and price advantages over competitors.- Customer Relations: Improved customer experience, providing insights on revenues and opportunities.

- Reporting: In charge of the monthly reporting cycle and any ad hoc requests.- Benchmarks: Perform competitive analysis, ensuring good data quality and representative results, in order to present the results, making suggestions for commercial proposals.- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales: Boosted travel agencies volumes through trainings and marketing campaigns.- Support to top management: events organization, participation in special projects such as distribution in the metasearch channel, budgeting process.

- Leads generation: Support Business Development Manager in commercial meetings, understanding customers needs and communicating them to technical teams.- Customer Relationship: Customer support, maintenance of a Sales pipeline, conduction of the Performance Survey, secondary research and primary research.- Project Management: preparation of Business Cases to assess new projects, Project Evaluation, ensure aligned communication with regions and markets on knowledge sharing.- Sales assistance: design of the Sales Material and first input for creation of the Legal Contract, assist in overall coordination. - Marketing and Communication: Redaction of internal news, assist in selected marketing and communications campaigns.
