In a new role, I was given opportunities to work closely and generate solutions with more technically challenging and highly sensitive applications that deal with AS9100, ISO 13485, and IATF16949 industry standards. While working closely with the engineering and quality teams, I collected data for FAI's and performed 8D reports on RMA for various custom products.

I worked directly with a porfolio of over 10+ customers to analyze and review their requirements via technical drawings, kinematics, electrical integration, and/or project timelines for different applications in order to provide custom DC motor solutions. While working with customer engineers and various account managers, I was able to increase my territories design wins, bookings, and resulting revenue by 11%.

I am a student assistant underneath the membership and finance coordinator at the alumni association. As a student assistant, I help with filing, membership look-ups,processing memberships, inventory, tracking of events, checking and sending out mail, and help with the organization of events around the SJSU campus. Although I work under the membership and finance coordinator, the Alumni Association is under San Jose State's University Advancement and within this division there are several other departments. In my role as a student assistant, I also help other coordinators with tasks under some of these departments. Some of my duties for these other departments are covering for the front desk, assisting with the preparation for events, organization of store room and materials for events, work at various events and more. Working as a student assistant may seem easy, but for my current position I have to be able to be versatile, efficient and detail oriented in order to fulfill all of the duties for supervisor and for other departments as well.
